By: Elysia
Servings 8 pops
These 4-ingredient Pumpkin Pie Pops are great for babies who are just starting on solids or for children (or adults!) looking for a healthier treat. These mini pops give you that pumpkin pie flavour with lots of nutrients and no added sugar! With only four ingredients, they're easy to make and are a great healthy and refreshing treat for the whole family! {Gluten-free & vegetarian}
Prep Time 5 mins
Total Time 5 mins

  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree can use fresh or canned
  • Half an over ripe banana*
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative such as unsweetened soy milk, almond milk, or rice milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Distribute the pumpkin mixture evenly into a mini ice pop mold. The quantity that it makes will depend on the size of your mold.
  • Place the ice pops in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
  • When ready to consume, leave at room temperature for a few minutes or run the mold under warm water to help release the ice pop.

If you're looking for a slightly sweeter pop, you can add a whole banana or a couple teaspoons of maple syrup
