Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree can use fresh or canned
  • Half an over ripe banana*
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative such as unsweetened soy milk, almond milk, or rice milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Distribute the pumpkin mixture evenly into a mini ice pop mold. The quantity that it makes will depend on the size of your mold.
  • Place the ice pops in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
  • When ready to consume, leave at room temperature for a few minutes or run the mold under warm water to help release the ice pop.

Notes

If you're looking for a slightly sweeter pop, you can add a whole banana or a couple teaspoons of maple syrup
