In a large bowl, miix all of the dry ingredients together and stir until there are no longer any lumps.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined.
Preheat your waffle iron to high. Grease iron using desired method.
Spoon batter into bottom of waffle iron and spread with spoon or spatula.
Close the waffle iron. The cooking time will depend on your waffle iron and desired crispiness. As a general rule, most waffle makers will cook the waffle in 1-3 minutes.
Carefully remove the waffles with a fork and place on a cooling rack. This will help to prevent the waffles from getting soggy.
Continue with remaining batter.
Serve with fruit, maple syrup or other desired toppings.
