Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • Juice of half an orange (about 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients for the dip in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite fruit or store in the fridge for later.

Notes

  • I used 0% plain Greek yogurt for this dip but you can also use a higher fat percent yogurt if you want the dip to be even thicker and creamier. You can also sub in an Icelandic style yogurt for an even creamier consistency.
  • I recommend using freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor.
  • If storing this dip in the fridge for later, be sure to stir it well before serving to reintegrate the flavors.
