This easy yogurt fruit dip recipe requires just five ingredients, is naturally sweetened with honey, and takes your favorite fresh fruits to the next level! It's flavored with orange and honey for maximum flavor and uses Greek yogurt for an extra boost of protein. Such a fun and tasty way to eat the rainbow! {Gluten-free & Vegetarian}
Juice of half an orange(about 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice)
1/4teaspoonorange zest
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients for the dip to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately with your favorite fruit or store in the fridge for later.
Notes
I used 0% plain Greek yogurt for this dip but you can also use a higher fat percent yogurt if you want the dip to be even thicker and creamier. You can also sub in an Icelandic style yogurt for an even creamier consistency.
I recommend using freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor.
If storing this dip in the fridge for later, be sure to stir it well before serving to reintegrate the flavors.
