Healthy Greek Yogurt Cheesecake DIp

This healthy cheesecake dip comes together in minutes using simple, everyday ingredients! A blend of reduced-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt creates that rich, tangy flavor you love, but with less fat and more protein. Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers for a sweet treat everyone will love! {Gluten-free & Vegetarian}

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (1 whole brick) at room temperature
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, mix together the cream cheese and maple syrup until creamy.
  • Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla and beat on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and stir in a 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice if you like it a little more tangy.
  • Place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the mixture to firm up slightly.
  • When ready to serve, top some crushed graham cracker crumbs along with berries, fruit, or other desired sides.

Notes

  • Be sure to use cream cheese at room temperature to help it blend more smoothly.
