  • 1/3 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, homemade or store bought
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, according to taste (this will depend on the type of BBQ sauce used)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, lemon juice, and seasonings. Taste and adjust seasoning.
