These easy heart shaped eggs are such a simple way to add a little love to your breakfast! Just grab a heart-shaped mold and some eggs and you'll be ready to go. Perfect for a Valentine's Day brunch or a special birthday breakfast!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a heart shaped muffin tin with cooking spray or use heart-shaped silicone molds.
Crack an egg into each of the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. You'll need to adjust the time depending on how runny or firm you like your yolk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
It can be easier to carry the silicone mold on a baking sheet to prevent the eggs from spilling over. Place the mold on the baking sheet first, then crack the eggs in each hole. Next, place the whole thing in the oven and bake!
Be sure to adjust the cooking time to make sure the eggs are cooked to your preference.
Feel free to add more seasonings if you prefer. Garlic powder, seasoning salt, and other options would taste great with eggs.
