Sprinkle of crushed graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup or honey and vanilla. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Add milk and stir until combined.
Add oatmeal, and salt. Stir until mixture is uniform throughout.
Divide into four mason jars, cups or bowls.
Place in the refrigerator to chill overnight (or for at least 6 hours, but ideally 8 hours).
Top with additional blueberries and some crumbled graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
Notes
If preferred, you can also allow the mixture to thicken in the mixing bowl and divide it into jars, cups or bowls once thickened.
These overnight oats are very thick and creamy. You may wish to stir in a splash of milk after the oats have been sitting for a while if you prefer a thinner consistency.
For more blueberry flavor infused throughout the oats, use frozen blueberries and allow them to thaw and release their juices into the oats.
