1 1/2cupslight coconut milk(I used light canned coconut milk)
1 1/2cupsdiced frozen mango cubes
1/4cupdiced frozen pineapple cubes
1tablespoonHemp hearts or chia seeds
Small handful of baby spinach
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-power blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Notes
If you have don't have a high-power blend, start by blending half of the frozen fruit at a time. Once the smoothie has reached a smooth consistency, add in the rest of the frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
I used light canned coconut milk to make it ultra creamy. I would avoid using full-fat since it may be too thick.
