Learn how to make a smoothie without yogurt or banana for a nutritious smoothie any time! You just need a few simple ingredients for a refreshing and creamy beverage that will fill you up. This banana free smoothie is dairy-free and loaded with fruit, healthy fats, and greens! {Gluten-free & Dairy-free}

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups light coconut milk (I used light canned coconut milk)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced frozen mango cubes
  • 1/4 cup diced frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp hearts or chia seeds
  • Small handful of baby spinach

Notes

  • If you have don't have a high-power blend, start by blending half of the frozen fruit at a time. Once the smoothie has reached a smooth consistency, add in the rest of the frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • I used light canned coconut milk to make it ultra creamy. I would avoid using full-fat since it may be too thick.
