Ingredients

four oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts

lower sodium tomato sauce
¼
cup
tomato paste

Tbsp.
apple cider vinegar

Tbsp.
honey
1
Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce

Tbsp.
smoked paprika

tsp.
dry mustard

tsp.
ground cayenne pepper

tsp.
chili powder
1
tsp.
garlic powder
1
tsp.
onion powder

teaspoon
salt

whole-grain hamburger buns
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in the crockpot and mix thoroughly. Add chicken breasts and spoon sauce over chicken to cover.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
When chicken is cooked, transfer to a bowl or plate (leaving BBQ sauce in the crockpot).
Use two forks to shred the chicken. Return the chicken to the crockpot and let cook for another 5-10 min.
