This watermelon peach salsa is a juicy and refreshing side that can be served along with tortilla chips, chicken, fish or even eaten on its own! It’s packed full of nutrients and is the perfect way to add a burst of flavour to any dish! {Gluten-free, vegan & paleo}

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and let it sit in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, grilled chicken or fish.
