This roasted garlic spread is a healthy way to spruce up any dish, without all the additives found in your typical condiments. Serve it on a sandwich, wrap, burger or with vegetables for an extra dose of creaminess and flavour! {Gluten-free & paleo}
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place garlic cloves on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Roast in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant.
Allow the garlic to cool for several minutes. Once cool, peel the garlic.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Serve spread on a burger, sandwich, wrap or along with fresh veggies or pitas!
