Watermelon Cucumber Spritzer

This Watermelon Cucumber Spritzer is a refreshing and healthy way to meet your daily fluid requirements. It’s lower in sugar than your typical sweetened beverage, but super satisfying. It’s definitely a drink you’ll want to keep on hand for those hot summer days! {Gluten-free, paleo & vegetarian}

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 seedless English cucumber peeled and chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the watermelon and cucumber to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place a sieve over a pitcher and pour the watermelon mixture through the sieve, pressing on the mixture with a spoon to help release the liquid into the pitcher.
  • Mix lime juice and honey in with the watermelon cucumber mixture.
  • Place ice cubes in desired number of glasses.
  • Pour about half a cup of the watermelon mixture into each glass. Top with desired amount of soda water. Serve immediately.
