Add the watermelon and cucumber to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place a sieve over a pitcher and pour the watermelon mixture through the sieve, pressing on the mixture with a spoon to help release the liquid into the pitcher.
Mix lime juice and honey in with the watermelon cucumber mixture.
Place ice cubes in desired number of glasses.
Pour about half a cup of the watermelon mixture into each glass. Top with desired amount of soda water. Serve immediately.
