Impress a crowd with this festivenon alcoholic holiday punch recipe! Made with only 5 simple ingredients and ready to serve up in minutes, this easy cranberry orange Christmas punch will be the talk of the party! {Gluten-free & vegan}
1can(12-1/2oz/341mL) orange juice concentratepartially thawed
2bottles(each 40oz/341mL) cranberry cocktail
2bottles(each 750mL) soda water
Instructions
Pour apple juice and raspberries into a 4 cup (1L) ring mould or bowl and freeze until ready to serve.
When it’s time to serve the punch, combine the orange juice concentrate and cranberry cocktail in a large punch bowl or pitcher.
Add the soda water and mix until combined. Place the frozen apple juice-raspberry ring in the bowl to float. Serve cold.
Notes
This punch is best when served fresh as the soda water might start to lose some of its fizziness if left to sit too long before serving. The raspberry ring will also start to thaw the longer that it sits, so for the best presentation, add it right before you're ready to serve up the punch.
If you don’t own a ring mould, you can find one here. Alternatively, you can also freeze the apple juice and raspberries in an ice cube tray or bowl. You can even freeze it into some different holiday shapes to make it more festive!
If you’d like to lower the sugar content of this drink, use reduced sugar apple juice and cranberry cocktail or dilute the punch with more soda water.
