Snowman Truffles Recipe – Perfect for Christmas!

These delightful snowman truffles will be the star of your holiday party!


For Coconut Truffles – White chocolate – Coconut cream – Shredded coconut

Prepare the Coconut Truffles

Place 2 cups of chopped white chocolate and coconut cream in a medium heat-proof bowl.

Carefully microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until melted and smooth.

Stir in ¾ cup shredded coconut until distributed. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until firm.

Once firm, place 1/2 cup shredded coconut in a small bowl. Take the chocolate mixture out of the fridge. Use a small ice cream scoop, melon baller, or spoon to scoop out small sections and form them into balls with your hands.

Roll each ball in coconut and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes.
