Sheet Pan Chicken Pitas

These Sheet Pan Chicken Pitas are the easiest and most delicious way to get dinner on the table quickly!


For The Chicken And Veggies – Chicken breast – Bell peppers – Cherry tomatoes – Red onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Dice the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Place the chicken cubes into a large bowl or ziploc bag.

Next, cut up the peppers and red onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add to the bowl or bag with the diced chicken.

Next, mix up the marinade in a jar or small bowl. Pour over the chicken and veggies and give it a quick toss so that everything is coated.

At this point, you can either place the mixture in the fridge to marinate for a bit (I like to marinate it for at least 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse) or cook it right away.

If you’re really pressed for time, dump the mixture on a baking sheet and spread it in an even layer.
