Roasted Garlic Spread

This roasted garlic spread is a healthy way to spruce up any dish, without all the additives found in your typical condiments.

Ingredients:

– Vegetable oil – Garlic – Egg whites – Lemon juice – Water

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place garlic cloves on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.

Roast in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant.

Allow the garlic to cool for several minutes. Once cool, peel the garlic.

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Serve spread on a burger, sandwich, wrap or along with fresh veggies or pitas!
