Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus

This creamy pumpkin pie hummus is a delicious way to get your pumpkin pie fix and is the perfect pumpkin dip for apples, ginger snaps and more!


– Chickpeas – Pumpkin puree – Maple syrup – Pumpkin pie spice

Add all of the ingredients except for the coconut milk to a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed, scraping the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth.

Add ¼ cup of coconut milk to the hummus mixture, and blend well.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, and top it with crushed graham crackers, pecans or chocolate chips, if desired.

Serve with fresh apple slices, apple chips, strawberries, ginger snaps, graham crackers, green grapes, or pretzels.
