– Rolled oats – Quick oats – Ground flaxseed – Cinnamon – Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together until combined.
Using your hands or a spoon, scoop up mixture and form into twelve cookies of equal size. Place each cookie on the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, leaving about an inch between each cookie.
