Protein French Toast

This protein French toast recipe is a delicious high-protein breakfast or post-work out meal.


– Eggs – Egg whites – Vanilla protein powder – Milk – Cinnamon

In a shallow bowl whisk together the eggs and egg whites.

Next whisk in the protein powder until no lumps remain. Add the milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond extract. Whisk everything together until combined.

Set a non-stick pan over medium heat, and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. While the coconut oil is melting, dip bread in the batter, and flip it over to coat the other side.

Cook bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side, until nice and crispy.

Repeat with more slices. Serve with yogurt, fruit, nut butter or maple syrup.
