Protein Brownie Bites {Flourless, Eggless}

These protein brownie bites make it easy to satisfy your chocolate cravings without the added sugar!


– Bananas – Peanut butter – Protein powder – Cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sized bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Mix the almond butter into the mashed bananas.

Next, mix in the protein powder and cocoa powder until all ingredients are well combined.

Arrange 8 silicone baking cups in a muffin tin. Using a spoon and spatula, divide mixture evenly between baking cups. Sprinkle the top of each one with a few chocolate chips.

Bake the brownie cups for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. They will seem soft when they first come out of the oven but will firm up once fully cooled.

Serve them at room temperature, cold or slightly warm.
