Panera Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich {Copycat Recipe}

This tasty Panera Mediterranean Veggie sandwich recipe is the perfect vegetarian sandwich!

Ingredients:

– Whole wheat bread – Hummus – Red onion – English cucumber – Feta cheese

Spread a few tablespoons of hummus on one side of each slice of bread.

Build the sandwich by layering the greens, tomato slices, red onion, cucumber, feta, and peppers.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with a second slice of bread.
