Paleo Waffles with Almond Flour

Crispy on the outside yet tender and fluffy on the inside, this paleo waffle recipe makes the best waffles!


– Almond flour – Tapioca flour – Coconut flour – Baking powder

In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together and stir until there are no longer any lumps.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), vinegar and vanilla until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Preheat your waffle iron. Spray with cooking spray or grease iron using desired method.

Spoon batter into bottom of waffle iron and spread with spoon or spatula.
