Kodiak Cakes Protein Waffles

Power up your day with these delicious Kodiak protein waffles! Made with banana and optional chocolate chips, these thick and fluffy kodiak waffles are loaded with protein and fibre to give you energy to face the day.

Ingredients:

– Kodiak Mix – Chia Seeds – Baking Powder – Seasonings – Milk

Preheat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix on high until completely smooth.

Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes. If the batter is too thick after 5 minutes, add a little more milk. Stir in chocolate chips, if using.

Pour about 1 cup of batter onto the waffle iron (the amount will depend on the size of your waffle iron). Cook waffle until golden brown.

Repeat until all of the waffle batter is used up.

Top with desired toppings.
