– Olive oil – Eggs – Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a regular sized nonstick muffin tin thoroughly with nonstick spray or line with silicone muffin liners.

Crack an egg into each of the 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle each cup with desired amount of salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes for soft baked eggs with a runny yolk; 13-16 minutes for a semi-solid yolk; and 17-20 minutes for a firm yolk similar to a hard-boiled egg.

Once baked to your desired doneness, remove pan from the oven and allow the eggs to cool for several minutes.

Using a butter knife, carefully work your way around each of the baked egg cups and carefully nudge them out of the pan. Place them on a plate or store them in an airtight container.
