Healthy Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins {without Milk}

These healthy mini chocolate chip muffins are the perfect treat for a midday snack or to enjoy with your breakfast!

Ingredients:

– Wheat flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then stir in the yogurt, maple syrup, applesauce, oil, and vanilla.

Gently stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture. Do not overmix.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Divide batter among the prepared muffin tin so that the batter is almost filled to the top.
