Healthy Ground Chicken Feta Burgers with Spinach

These Chicken Feta Burgers with roasted garlic and spinach are one of my all-time favourite recipes because they are so juicy, healthy and flavourful!


– Baby spinach – Roasted garlic – Olive oil – Ground chicken

Gather your ingredients. Roast the garlic and wilt the spinach in a skillet. Roughly chop the spinach and the garlic.

Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine.

Form the mixture into 5 burger patties that are at least ¾ of an inch thick and place on a parchment lined baking sheet until ready to grill.

Place on an oiled, pre-heated grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Serve the burgers on a bun, salad or lettuce wrap. Garnish and serve!
