Healthy Cottage Cheese Snickers Bowl {High Protein}

This decadent cottage cheese bowl combines creamy cottage cheese with sweet dates, vanilla protein powder, dark chocolate chips and peanuts, giving you that classic Snickers flavor in every bite.

Ingredients:

– Cottage cheese – Medjool dates – Vanilla protein powder – Peanuts – Chocolate chips

Soak the dates in a bowl of boiling hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften.

In a small blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, dates and protein powder until the dates have been fully broken down and the mixture is well-combined.

Add the peanuts and chocolate chips and then pulse until slightly broken down (you still want some chunks of chocolate and peanuts for texture).

Add the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

To serve, top with a few additional chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of sea salt, if desired. Enjoy!
