Gluten-Free Peach Muffins Recipe {with Almond Flour}

These gluten-free peach muffins are an amazing way to use up those fresh peaches! They are easy to prepare, and make for a lower sugar, nutrient-packed snack or treat!

Ingredients:

– Almond flour – Coconut flour – Cinnamon – Baking soda – Salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with ten silicone baking cups or paper cup liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, making sure to break up any lumps. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined. It will be a fairly thick batter. Fold in the freshly chopped peaches.

Evenly divide batter among the muffin cups. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes on a cooling rack before removing from liner.
