Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse {High Protein}

This healthier cottage cheese mousse is decadently rich and creamy with a major dose of chocolate flavor in every single spoonful.

Ingredients:

– Chocolate chips – Cottage cheese – Honey – Cocoa powder – Vanilla extract

Pour the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe dish and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between each interval, until they are fully melted.

Next, to a food processor or high-speed blender, add the cottage cheese, melted chocolate, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.

Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the food processor or blender and then blend again until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a tablespoon of milk and blend again until smooth.

Divide the mixture into smaller individual bowls or glasses. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow it to firm up slightly.

Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings and your favorite fresh fruit, if desired. Enjoy!
