Christmas Wreath Veggie Tray

Elevate your holiday veggie tray by arranging your favorite vegetables into the most beautiful holiday wreath with a gorgeous red pepper bow!

Ingredients:

– English cucumbers – Broccoli – Cauliflower – Cherry tomatoes – Carrot

Get out a large circular plate or veggie platter. Arrange the cucumber slices in two rows in a circular pattern so that they’re slightly overlapping.

At the 10 o’clock position, create a line on a diagonal with some cauliflower florets. Leave a 2-inch gap and create a line with some broccoli florets. Fill in the gap between the cauliflower and broccoli with some cherry tomatoes.

Repeat this same pattern at the 2 o’clock position, 4 o’clock position and 8 o’clock position. You should have four evenly spaced sections of cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and broccoli.

Next, using a mini star-shaped cookie cutter, cut mini stars out of the carrot slices. Place the carrot stars on top of each section of tomatoes.

Next, cut out 3 stars from the cheese slices. Place each one at the 9 o’clock position, 12 o’clock position and 3 o’clock position.
