Best High Protein Mug Brownie Recipe

This high protein mug brownie is the perfect solution anytime you need a chocolate fix.

Ingredients:

– Egg – Cottage cheese – Chocolate protein powder – Cocoa powder – Maple syrup

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and blended cottage cheese until smooth.

Next, add in the cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Spray a small microwave safe dish with cooking spray. Pour the brownie batter into the dish. Poke a few additional chocolate chips into the surface if desired.

Microwave for 60-90 seconds for more of a lava cake consistency or up to 120 seconds for a firmer brownie. Add desired toppings and enjoy.
