Air Fryer Butternut Squash Cubes

These air fryer butternut squash cubes are a lightly sweet weeknight or Thanksgiving side dish that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

– Butternut squash  – Olive oil – Maple syrup – Ground cinnamon

In a large bowl, toss together the cubed butternut squash, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and pepper until well coated.

Brush some oil on the bottom of the air fryer basket.

Place the butternut squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer, if possible.

Cook at 390 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check on it after 10 minutes, flip, and continue cooking. Serve warm.
