Grate or finely chop one small apple and mix it in with the oatmeal. Top with a drizzle of nut butter and desired toppings such as hemp hearts and milk.
Serve along with some fluffy eggs for extra protein and a colorful fruit salad to make things more fun.
Top it with some fresh berries for some added flavor and serve with some hard-boiled egg for a more satisfying meal. We like to cut the boiled egg into slices or wedges that we call “egg boats.” Our little guys love these!
