With summer break just around the corner, I know that many of us can’t wait for vacations and spending more time together. But I also know that summer brings a whole new set of challenges!
As a mom myself, I know just how overwhelming it can be to switch into summer mode. ☀️
You’re now responsible for every meal of the day, including the seemingly endless mountain of snacks, and your grocery budget skyrockets! 🚀 By the end of the day, you’re exhausted and ready for something easy to serve that won’t get rejected!
Plus, it can be so hard to eat well when the temperatures spike! The last thing you want to do is turn on the oven, so you end up eating watermelon or snacks for dinner. Been there! Wouldn’t it be nice to enjoy something light, refreshing, and delicious every night of the week? 🥗
